An Unforgettable Night - An Amazing Result - Thank You!

On 27^th November many volunteered to sleep outside for the night in support of homeless people in Slough.

As our very first year, undertaking this challenge, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us. We thank you for the very generous sponsorship you worked so hard to raise.  We would like to thank all of you who helped set-up beforehand and cleaned up afterwards and to those who came along to provide moral support. We would also like to say a huge thank you to all those who slept out. Remember the the howling wind and lashing rain?  Will you ever forget settling down to a night in your cardboard box? It was an experience I’m sure none of us will ever forget.  We were all very relieved to go home the following morning to our warm beds!

We are absolutely thrilled to report that, collectively, you have helped to raise in excess of £10,000!!  A truly amazing amount which guarantees the Emergency Winter Night Shelter for Slough once again.
